Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving was a little bit out of the norm for us. Austin and his baseball team had the opportunity to go to the Dominican Republic for the week of Thanksgiving to play some baseball, do tons of service, and have the time of his life with his teammates. The teams they played in the DR were the professional developmental teams for the Yankees, Red Sox, Rangers and Royals. They went 4-0 and Austin did fantastic, maintaining a .500 Batting average. While Austin was in the DR, I took the opportunity to go home to Washington and be with my family. It was short and sweet, but I'm so glad I went. Here are a few pictures from the trip.
